Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to pet parents who contact us for a variety of topics. Your primary responsibilities will include: Engaging directly with pharmacy customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to provide personalized support and solutions Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers, following up as needed to resolve issues, and ensuring timely and effective communication Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers, thinking critically to provide innovative solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience Continuously learning and staying up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate and informative support to customers Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a remote or call center setting Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Ability to multi-task, think critically, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed to meet business demands Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a passion for helping others and making a positive impact Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience working in a pet-related industry or with pets Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medications, and medical terminology Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment Technical skills, including proficiency in software applications, CRM systems, and communication platforms Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to navigate change and uncertainty in a fast-paced environment A strong customer-centric mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences and making a positive impact Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow, develop, and achieve their career goals.
