If you're a tech-savvy, customer-focused individual who's passionate about delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Responsibilities** As a Customer & Technical Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the following responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service and technical support for the CatGenie Self-Washing Cat Box and other arenaflex products * Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner * Diagnose problems and walk customers through step-by-step solutions to resolve issues * Provide quick and thorough assistance with troubleshooting, orders, repairs, returns, and other customer inquiries * Work collaboratively with the customer service team to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences * Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze problems and develop effective solutions * Prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issues * Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex products and services * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills: * 3+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a technical support role * 1+ year of experience in product troubleshooting and technical support * Excellent communication, writing, and grammar skills * Excellent phone etiquette and clear speaking voice * Ability to work efficiently from home with a secure, password-protected Wi-Fi connection * Separate childcare arrangements for babies and/or toddlers * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously * Data entry skills with speed and accuracy, while navigating different types of software * Positive attitude and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service * Ability to turn constructive feedback into growth and development opportunities **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with customers in a remote or home-based setting * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services * Previous experience working with customers in a technical support role * Certification in customer service or technical support **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a remote employee, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.
