Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal teams and functional partners. Support the coordination of high-priority projects that standardize and optimize financial cycles across the organization. Support internal business workflows, such as management costing, workforce management, and resource planning. Work with various data systems and provide ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, and resolve metrics-based issues. Document workflows related to key processes, data collection, and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes. Collaborate with Data Architects and system engineers to support documentation and implementations of database designs. Build strategic decision-making frameworks and write scripts that help us automate and scale. Refine insights from data and craft compelling messaging for executive audiences. Support Planning and Delivery Activities with ad-hoc requests from our partners. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data engineering, or technical fields. A Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Economics, Informatics, or Computer Science. Experience working with data and data manipulation software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet. Understanding of social database design and capability. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Demonstrated self-starter with strong strategic thinking, unwavering integrity, and excellent communication and direction skills. Proven collaboration and time management skills. Attention to detail, with the ability to step back and grasp the big picture. Excellent written and oral communication skills. A demonstrated ability to work with engineering delivery teams to discuss technical concepts. Experience with Excel, Smartsheet, or possibly AirTable.
