Job Overview As a Data Analyst for E2E Delivery at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights and strategic decision making. You will have access to our vast global data and all the new data to be harvested from our customer and driver applications. Your analysis and recommendations will impact decisions that affect how we operate and make a significant impact at scale. Key Responsibilities Conveying complex data insights to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, and more Developing and maintaining dashboards and metrics for new customer recommendations, such as expedited shipping, to drive business growth and improvement Conducting root cause analysis for late deliveries and providing data-driven recommendations to improve our delivery platform Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather data from various sources and support investigations of key drivers Applying SQL and data visualization skills to create reports that showcase the results of your analysis Leading exploratory analysis, including hypothesis testing and statistical testing, to identify areas for improvement Automating tasks and developing processes that monitor, analyze, and inform the actions of key stakeholders Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI Proficiency in SQL and data analysis software, such as Excel, Python, or R Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science Experience with machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques, such as regression, decision trees, and clustering Programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++ Experience with cloud-based data platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
