Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analysis techniques to large-scale, high-dimensional data to inform business decisions and drive growth Analyze customer behavior to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities Predict content engagement to guide acquisition decisions and optimize content launch and episode release strategies Test marketing strategies to optimize engagement and retention Develop and implement new metrics and KPIs to measure content performance, supporting both tactical and strategic decision-making Provide ad-hoc analysis support to stakeholders, helping to drive the business forward Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field At least 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, with a strong background in SQL and experience with R or Python Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques, including decision trees, regression, clustering, and more Demonstrated ability to work independently, applying creativity to solve complex problems Excellent data storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights through verbal, written, and visual communication Preferred Qualifications Graduate degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field A passion for Media and Entertainment, with a deep understanding of the industry and its trends Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of technical, business, and soft skills.
