Key Responsibilities Enter data from various sources into our databases with high accuracy and attention to detail, utilizing your knowledge of data entry software and tools. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, demonstrating your versatility and ability to adapt to changing priorities. Show up on time before the designated discussion start time, ensuring that you are prepared to contribute to the discussion and complete both written and/or oral instructions. Contribute to the discussion by completing both written and/or oral instructions, and fill out the written survey provided for each panel, providing valuable feedback and insights. You may need to test the provided products and/or services and be prepared to discuss them ahead of the meeting date, utilizing your excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred, with a strong foundation in data management, administrative support, or a related field. Proven experience as a data entry clerk will be advantageous, with a demonstrated ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Fast typing skills; knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred, with a minimum of 40 words per minute. Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel, etc.), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly. Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices, with a strong understanding of technical troubleshooting and problem-solving. Basic understanding of databases, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Good command of English both oral and written, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders. Great attention to detail, with a strong focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of your work. Preferred Qualifications Additional certifications in data entry or related fields, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Professional (CAP). Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and work independently. Proficiency in multiple data entry software and tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors. Requirements A smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. High-speed internet connection is necessary, with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps. Ability to understand and follow both oral and written instructions, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. Data entry clerk experience is not compulsory, but a strong foundation in data management and administrative support is preferred. Excellent typing skills and proficiency in data entry software and tools, with a minimum of 40 words per minute.
