About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Data Center Water Engineer to join our Execution Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and development of utility projects, with a focus on water management and conservation. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and sustainability of our facilities, and you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging projects that have a real impact on our business. Key Responsibilities Review and assist in the technical development of Site and Grounds plan studies, with a focus on water management and conservation Develop and optimize standard engineering programs for new site planning purposes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices Analyze utility usage data, identify areas for improvement, and assist in introducing proposals to management, with a focus on cost savings and sustainability Support the development of water policy approach and implementation, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives Review utility policies and provide technical guidance and verbiage, ensuring clarity and consistency across all documentation Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong educational foundation in a relevant field, such as Business Cycle Management, Projects, Structural Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Modern Engineering, or a related technical field. A Bachelor's degree is required, and relevant practical experience is also essential. Essential Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field, such as engineering or a related discipline At least 4 years of experience in planning, designing, and developing utility projects, with a focus on water management and conservation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner Preferred Qualifications Experience in planning utility capacity for large commercial or industrial facilities, with a focus on water management and conservation Experience in creating and reviewing design drawings for treatment and distribution projects, with a focus on water management and conservation Experience in coordinating degree with multiple discipline trades (e.g., Design, telecom, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and primary), with a focus on water management and conservation Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have a range of skills and competencies, including: Technical Skills Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices, with a focus on water management and conservation Experience with design and analysis software, such as CAD or other relevant tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify areas for improvement Soft Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and cooperation Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
