**Experienced Data Engineer – Cloud-Based Data Pipeline Development and Support**

We're committed to creating immersive experiences that transport our audiences to new worlds, and we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team. **The Data Designing (DE) Team** Our Data Designing (DE) team is a dynamic and collaborative group of data scientists and engineers who work together to develop and sustain data pipelines for our Media business. We're responsible for designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines that support our business operations, and we're always looking for new ways to innovate and improve our processes. **Job Summary** As a Data Engineer on our DE team, you'll be responsible for developing and sustaining data pipelines for our Media business. You'll work closely with our data scientists and engineers to design, build, and maintain data pipelines that support our business operations, and you'll be responsible for ensuring that our data pipelines are scalable, reliable, and secure. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and sustain data pipelines for our Media business, including ETL/ELT pipelines, data set design, and data visualization * Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and build data pipelines that support our business operations * Ensure that our data pipelines are scalable, reliable, and secure, and that they meet the needs of our business stakeholders * Develop and maintain data pipelines using a variety of tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, Docker, and GitLab * Work with our data scientists and engineers to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation * Develop and maintain automated workflows and scripts to support our data pipeline operations * Collaborate with our data scientists and engineers to develop and maintain data visualizations and reports that support our business operations **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field * 2+ years of experience in ELT/ETL pipeline development and support * Demonstrated expertise in using Python and SQL (ideally with Snowflake) * Experience with creating in a multi-environment (Dev, QA, Prod, etc.) and DEVOPS strategies for code organization/development * Experience creating and maintaining automated workflow schedulers * Strong understanding of data set design and capability **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working with large datasets and big data technologies, ideally cloud-based, like Snowflake, Databricks, or similar * Proficiency in cloud design and product offerings, ideally AWS * Experience managing and delivering code using a source control tool like GitLab/GitHub * Experience using Docker **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Opportunities to work on high-impact projects and initiatives **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Data Engineer looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
