Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and efficient data entry for multiple clients, maintaining the highest standards of data quality and integrity. Generate and distribute reports as required, ensuring adherence to established reporting formats and deadlines. Provide timely and accurate information to the account management team, enabling informed decision-making and exceptional client service. Communicate effectively with franchisees, corporate contacts, and internal teams to verify information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure consistent data quality. Conduct regular data cleanup tasks to maintain database accuracy, reliability, and performance. Identify and address data inconsistencies, implementing corrective actions to improve data quality and prevent future errors. Offer general administrative support to the account management team as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of proven experience in data entry or a related field, preferably in a client-focused environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, with a keen eye for identifying and correcting errors. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools, with experience in data management software being a significant advantage.
