As a Remote Data Entry Assistant/Entry Level, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Data Entry Assistant/Entry Level, your key responsibilities will include: * Processing all incoming Excel (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and accurate manner * Formatting Excel orders as needed to ensure consistency and quality * Setting up Profiles for all Excel orders to ensure efficient processing * Processing incoming paper orders from both Consumer and Business Gift Division, meeting demanding deadlines and maintaining accuracy and productivity standards * Executing Customer Gift History lists and entering Catalog requests and address changes * Managing incoming communications in a prompt, efficient, timely, and professional manner, meeting all accuracy and productivity standards * Monitoring and maintaining business and product knowledge information by utilizing all available resources * Processing Special Projects for various departments throughout the company **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * 6 months of data entry experience, with a strong understanding of data entry principles and practices * Medium to advanced knowledge of Excel, including the ability to create and edit spreadsheets, formulas, and charts * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other departments and stakeholders * Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business Gift Division * Type 35 wpm, with the ability to maintain accuracy and productivity standards * Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, including the ability to use software applications and online tools * Excellent spelling and grammar, with the ability to proofread and edit documents * Detail-oriented, with the ability to identify and correct errors * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Network (internet): + Download speed over 100mbs + Upload speed 10+mbs (with a wired connection NOT wireless) * Hardware (PC): + Windows 10 operating system + 8-32 Gigabytes of RAM + 50GB available space on your Hard Drive + Apple or Windows PC Laptop or Desktop computer + Current IOS or Windows 10 OS + 8th-10th Gen Intel or AMD Ryzen CPU + Required: USB headset with mic + Required: 1024 x 768 resolution minimum on home monitors or screens + Required: Mouse/touchpad and keyboard + Required: Cellphone or landline (for DUO) **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Remote Data Entry Assistant/Entry Level at arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
