Job Overview We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote opportunity, available to candidates based in the United States. As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in our operations, responsible for accurately entering work orders into our computer system, managing deliveries, and providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: Entering work orders into our computer system for scheduling purposes, based on direction from our dental office for each case Contacting accounts with any delivery conflicts and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Organizing work throughout our lab and delivering to departments as required Verifying the content of outgoing orders by accurately reviewing prescriptions, work tickets, and other applicable notes Assisting with FedEx, UPS, and USPS shipments and ensuring timely delivery Answering telephone calls and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and stakeholders Assisting with nightly cleanup of your work area and maintaining a safe and organized workspace Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor, including sending out prescription forms, boxes, and labels, and restocking your work area Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will require: Basic functional computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications Experience with printer, fax, postage machine, and credit card processing machines Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff A high school diploma or equivalent, or better A valid driver's license Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a dental or healthcare setting Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures Experience with customer service and conflict resolution Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will require: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to verify the content of outgoing orders Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and provide exceptional customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve delivery conflicts and other issues in a timely and professional manner Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
