Job Summary The Data Entry Coordinator will play a vital role in our organization, serving as the primary point of contact for price change related issues and questions. You will be responsible for reviewing and entering all price change requests, understanding data discrepancies, and managing weekly price change reports. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes, and your ability to work collaboratively with our merchants and stores will be crucial to our success. Key Responsibilities Review and enter all price change requests received from the merchant organization, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Understand data and spot price change discrepancies, taking initiative to resolve issues and improve processes Comprehend complex promotional price changes and their impact on our systems, making adjustments as necessary Review and enter stores submitted cost and price changes, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring data integrity Review and enter promotional pricing in Oracle Pricing and SAP ecommerce systems, adhering to tight deadlines and priorities Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to reopen POs for invoice submission, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing Manage and review weekly price change reports, analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement Assist with ad hoc requests for item maintenance and item creation, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities Perform additional responsibilities as required, contributing to the overall success of our team and organization Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's Degree and 1-2 years of related experience in data entry or a similar field. You should have a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, and be proficient in strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving. As a proactive and self-motivated individual, you should be able to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment, and remain calm under pressure.
