Key Responsibilities Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry and customer profiling Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade customers to new products and services Explain and position our products and processes with customers, highlighting the benefits and features of each Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, minimizing the need for follow-up calls and ensuring customer satisfaction Candidate Qualifications We're looking for highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated individuals to join our team.
