As a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages growth, learning, and innovation. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Representative to join our team, who will be responsible for processing and analyzing daily incoming submissions from our external customers. The successful candidate will accurately and efficiently input all information provided on the documents into our internal servers, pull various reports related to the submissions, and provide high-quality customer service to internal and external clients. **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring all required documents are submitted and accurately processed * Creating entries in our internal systems, accurately inputting business and owner information * Pulling and reviewing commercial and consumer credit reports * Processing 60+ submissions a day, meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment * Communicating effectively throughout the analysis review, providing high-quality customer service to internal and external clients * Occasionally performing other duties as assigned by management **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Highly detail-oriented and comfortable dealing with numbers * Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload in order to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Resourceful – willing to take on other assignments as needed to support the team **Qualifications** We're looking for candidates with: * 1-3 years of previous financial services underwriting or processing experience (preferably) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word **Compensation and Benefits** As a Data Entry Representative at arenaflex, you can expect: * Competitive hourly rate of $16-$18/hour, based on experience * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401k * Paid vacation, sick, and holidays * Remote work/telework opportunities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
