Job Responsibilities: The Role of a Data Entry Specialist As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary focus will be on accurately and efficiently managing data related to customer and shipping orders. Your key responsibilities will include: Data Interpretation and Entry: Read and interpret customer and shipping orders, including deciphering difficult handwriting, and key data into specific Microsoft Excel fields with a high degree of accuracy. Data Verification: Verify the accuracy of data before entry into the system, ensuring consistency and reliability. Data Maintenance: Update customer address changes and maintain accurate logs of ongoing work to ensure data integrity across the system. Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties such as filing and copying, contributing to the smooth operation of our administrative processes. Qualifications: Essential Skills and Experience To succeed as a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will need: Microsoft Office Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Reading Comprehension and Critical Thinking: Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills to accurately interpret and process data.
