Essential Functions and Responsibilities As an Online Customer Service Representative Trainee, your primary responsibilities will include: Obtaining and maintaining your Property and Casualty License, with our support and investment in your professional growth. Working independently, taking initiative, and collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Maintaining regular and timely attendance, ensuring our customers receive the support they need when they need it.
