Job Overview: Data Entry Specialist (Remote) In this critical role, you will be responsible for reviewing and filing legal documents utilizing our proprietary online platforms and tools. As a key member of our e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team, you will collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and work towards common goals. Key Responsibilities: Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of the industry and our processes, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices Investigate discrepancies as they arise, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively Complete additional projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. While no experience is necessary, data entry experience is a plus, and technical experience is strongly preferred. You must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently, with a high school diploma or GED required.
