Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls throughout your scheduled shift, responding to members' inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Assist customers with healthcare claims and enrollment, providing clear explanations and guidance to ensure a seamless experience. Develop a warm and friendly approach, building rapport with callers and creating a positive atmosphere for productive conversations. De-escalate and manage difficult calls, remaining calm and composed under pressure to resolve issues efficiently and effectively. Strive to provide consistent, high-quality customer support, demonstrating a strong commitment to arenaflex's values and mission. Demonstrate excellent listening skills, research, and attention to detail, navigating up to 12 applications on a single call with ease and accuracy. Utilize strong navigation skills to quickly transition from one task to another, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Proficiently use dual monitors to access and manage multiple systems and applications simultaneously. Requirements and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of call center experience, preferably in a healthcare or customer-facing environment. A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM, with proficiency in keyboard shortcuts and dual monitor navigation. The ability to reside in the US and successfully complete our mandatory paid 4-week training program with 100% attendance. Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following skills and experiences are highly desirable: Prior experience in a virtual or remote work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline. Familiarity with healthcare claims and enrollment processes, or a willingness to learn and adapt quickly. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
