This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level candidate to learn and grow with our company, develop new skills, and contribute to our success. **Key Responsibilities** As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with internal stakeholders and teams to develop and maintain reports and analytics to support business decisions * Developing, validating, and executing complex queries, developing complex reports, and performing complex data analysis to answer business questions for internal clients * Designing and developing packages for internal clients * Evaluating data needs of assigned projects, ensuring data integrity and suitability, and determining data collection methods, metrics definitions, and assessment methods * Turning data into actionable insights through reporting and analytics * Troubleshooting technical issues and presenting evaluation and reports to internal clients and stakeholders **Essential Qualifications** * 2-4+ years of experience in data entry, data analysis, or a related field * Experience with Microsoft Access (manipulating forms, tables, queries, etc.), Excel, Visual Basic for Applications * Experience with reporting platforms, such as SQL Server Integrated Services (SSIS) * Development programming languages, such as ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript * Development database languages, such as Transact SQL * Database knowledge, such as MS SQL Server **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with reporting platforms, such as WEBI (SAP BI Launchpad) * Knowledge of arenaflex systems, databases, and underlying data structures (e.g., ACAS, HMO, HRP, etc.) * Database knowledge, such as Hadoop, Oracle * Development database languages, such as Oracle PLSQL * Crystal Reporting experience preferred **Required Education** * Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
