Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, your primary responsibility will be to continuously update our databases with accurate and timely information. You will liaise with employees within the organization as well as with customers to collect information, ensuring that all data is captured and updated in a timely and accurate manner. Your attention to detail and ability to identify and correct errors will be essential in this role. Some of your key responsibilities will include: Gathering reports, personal details, documents, and information from employees, other departments, and clients Scanning through information to identify pertinent information, correcting errors, and organizing the information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering and updating information into relevant databases Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval and handling additional duties from time to time Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma and have at least 1+ years of experience in a relevant field. You will also need to have a good command of English and excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as you will be working with employees and customers to collect information. Additionally, you will need to be able to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed, as well as have proficient touch typing skills. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, having experience working in a remote environment and being familiar with data entry software and technologies will be an advantage.
