**Experienced Data Entry Specialist/Clerk – Manufacturing Operations Support**

We believe in empowering our employees to grow, learn, and thrive, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our passion for excellence. **Job Summary** As a Data Entry Specialist/Clerk, you'll work closely with our Manufacturing teams to understand and optimize production processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Processing production orders and creating labels for Quality Control (QC) samples and bulk materials * Assisting with batch records, including prefilling, reviewing, verifying, and scanning/attaching * Collaborating with inventory controllers to create Bin locations for purified and conjugated bulks and maintaining their accuracy * Reviewing and verifying batch records in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system * Helping the Inventory and Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples * Performing other duties as necessary to support the Manufacturing Operations team **Essential Functions** * Help finish production orders and creating labels for QC samples and bulk materials * Assisting with batch records (prefilling-out, reviewing/verification and scanning/attaching) * Helping the inventory controller to identify Bin locations and helping Planning teams to resubmit re-test samples * Performing job duties under ISO requirements such as following "line of clearance" rule and following SOPs or work instructions * Other projects or responsibilities as may be required **Competencies** * **Innovate**: Be better, keep improving, be more efficient, creative, and be in the forefront of development * **Aspire**: Have desire, purpose, and ambition challenging ourselves to push the limits and reach new heights * **Collaborate**: Foster teamwork, common goals, selflessness, communication, and mutual support * **Transform**: Adapt, learn, re-invent, and change for future development and growth **Minimum Qualifications** * High school diploma plus 6 months of data entry experience * Biotech Certificate or Associates degree in a science or related field * Strong competency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior hands-on experience with Microsoft Navision System (NAV) or other ERP systems * Some laboratory experience preferred, which will help to understand the Manufacturing process * Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and familiarity with any ERP system is desired **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative company * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible remote work arrangement * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about data entry and manufacturing, we want to hear from you!
