About the Role: Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex We're seeking a highly skilled and proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition Team. As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our Recruiting area, identifying and contacting potential candidates, and analyzing professional profiles in job portals. Key Responsibilities: Support the Recruiting area in the identification and initial contact of potential candidates for our searches. Propose new alternatives to identify candidates and improve our current processes. Manage notices in different job portals and evaluate candidates who apply to them. Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for our open searches. What We're Looking For: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: Proactivity and ability to work in a team.
