Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and skilled Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate II to join our team. As a key member of our loss prevention and customer service team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment, preventing potential loss and dishonesty, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management to execute core responsibilities, exercise sound judgment in decision-making, and adhere to company policies and values. Key Responsibilities Maintain a proper and professional stance in the designated area at the front of the store, acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty Review and understand the Store Emergency Response Guide to ensure preparedness in case of emergencies Wear a complete company-approved uniform, including a Body Worn Camera, to maintain a professional image and ensure safety Greet customers appropriately, demonstrate courtesy and respect, and establish a positive rapport with store teams and customers Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring customers to store management or customer service via a company-issued radio Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management, exercising sound judgment and discretion Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management to ensure a secure environment Adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintaining and supporting company culture and values Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with strong verbal and written communication skills, sound decision-making abilities, and the ability to take initiative and perform well independently. You should be able to prioritize and organize your workload effectively, manage your time efficiently, and stand for long periods. Prior retail or security experience is an asset, but not required.
