Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner Follow up on client cases to ensure that issues are resolved and customers are satisfied with the outcome Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, escalating cases to senior team members when necessary Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track cases and update customer information Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction targets, first call resolution rates, and average handling times Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, customer service, and interpersonal skills. The following qualifications and requirements are essential: A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old) A USB headset and webcam At least one 15" or larger monitor Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload, with a direct Ethernet connection preferred Ability to sit for extended periods, with manual dexterity and typing skills of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy A quiet and distraction-free workspace, with a dedicated area for working Residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida*, Idaho, Kansas, Kentucky, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico (except Santa Fe County and Las Cruces), North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and Wisconsin Preferred Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a range of skills and competencies, including: Technical skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other software applications Customer service skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences Interpersonal skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork Time management and organization: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction targets Adaptability and flexibility: Willingness to work a variety of shifts, including day, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends, with a focus on meeting business needs and customer demands Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to promoting exclusively from within, providing opportunities for career growth and development to our talented team members.
