Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Virtual Assistant to our CEO. As a long-term member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating the work of others, with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our project management system, ensuring excellent customer service and support. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee multiple projects, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital marketing initiatives Communicate directly with clients through our project management system, providing excellent customer service and support Perform tasks and coordinate the work of others, ensuring timely completion of projects and meeting deadlines Develop and implement Facebook Ads strategies, including setup, optimization, and reporting Manage Google Ads campaigns, including setup, optimization, and reporting Provide graphic design support using Canva or similar platforms Respond to customer queries via our project management system Prepare reports and perform general administrative tasks as required Proofread and edit SEO blogs written by our team Assist the CEO with various tasks and projects as required Essential Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential requirements: Be based in the Philippines Have excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Have experience with Facebook Ads, including setup, optimization, and reporting Have experience with Google Ads, including setup, optimization, and reporting (Google certification is an advantage) Have proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients Have excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and know when to ask for help Be willing to help out wherever the CEO requires assistance, including administrative tasks Have a fast computer and high-speed internet connection with reliable power Have knowledge of graphic design using Canva or similar platforms Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research Knowledge of SEO principles and practices Experience with project management tools and software Google certification in Google Ads Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Career Growth Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
