Job Summary As an Application Administrator with arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks, including data entry, customer service, and support for our clients. You will work closely with our development team to manually build organizations and users in our Link system, ensuring seamless migration and minimal downtime. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in application administration and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed, meeting the required typing speed of >40 wpm Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Work closely with the development team to build organizations and users in the Link system, ensuring successful migration and minimal downtime Support the divisions by working a shift that aligns with their needs, ranging from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, 11AM-8PM EST Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring prompt resolution and minimal impact on clients Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Excellent typing skills, with a speed of >40 wpm and high accuracy Proficient in Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly Excellent command of the English language, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional support to clients and resolve issues promptly Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace, with minimal distractions and interruptions Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members in both languages Tier 1 helpdesk experience, with knowledge of triage and issue resolution Previous experience in application administration, data entry, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly Skills and Competencies: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately enter data and maintain records Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities: At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
