Develop relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs, promoting a positive and personalized experience that reflects the values of arenaflex. Respond to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems with accuracy, concision, and appropriateness, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times. Promote interest in arenaflex products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell where appropriate, and contributing to the growth and success of our business. Consistently achieve established standards of the position, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a results-driven mindset.
