To ensure a seamless and productive experience, you will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with: * Windows 10 or later * Wired Ethernet LAN connection * Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted) * A minimum of 4GB RAM Additionally, your internet connection must meet the following requirements: * Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps * Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps * ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN * Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, your main responsibilities will include: * Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate * Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues * Upselling if required **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless and inspired individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
