As a Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will apply scientific rigor to improve our content portfolio, marketing, and release strategy. Key Responsibilities Apply advanced analytical techniques (data mining, data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning) on large-scale, high-dimensional data to drive business decisions. Analyze customer behavior (e.g., type preferences, viewing patterns) to identify unmet customer needs and untapped content opportunities. Predict content engagement to inform acquisition decisions. Optimize our content launch and episode release strategy. Test marketing strategies to enhance engagement and retention. Provide ad-hoc analytical support to stakeholders to help drive the business forward. Effectively communicate significant results through compelling data storytelling across the organization. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or equivalent field. At least 2 years of Data Analysis experience. Proficiency in SQL and experience in R and/or Python. Experience in statistical analysis and machine learning methods: decision trees, regression, clustering, etc. Demonstrated ability to work independently and apply creativity in solving complex problems. Excellent data storytelling skills through verbal, written, and visual communication.
