About This Job We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a vital role in leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive business growth and improvement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of engineers and designers to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC), ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance. Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and execute end-to-end analysis that incorporates data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations. Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale, and drive process improvement through data analysis and business recommendations. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience, leveraging data-driven insights and technical expertise to inform decision-making. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong foundation in computer science, engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and driving business results. 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects, with a strong ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical. 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data analysis. Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple teams to drive impact and work towards shared objectives. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional partners and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. A strong technical foundation, with experience in cloud infrastructure, data analysis, and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
