**Join arenaflex, a leading entertainment and media company, in a remote work-from-home opportunity as a part-time Data Analyst.** **About the Job and Group** The arenaflex Lifecycle Investigation group is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to assist with estimating, understanding, and moving to moderate supporter stir across a growing ecosystem of arenaflex's web-based feature contributions (arenaflex+, Hulu, and ESPN+). Our group's expertise is in exploratory data analysis, modern detailing, data perception, and storytelling to convey significant insights and provide recommendations to drive business direction. This team works collaboratively with groups across the Direct to Consumer association as well as partners from specialty units across arenaflex to create insightful, compelling, and key investigations that drive impact. This role will build positive relationships and partner closely with Finance, Business Activities, Business Strategy, and other Investigation groups to ensure the business understands refined maintenance patterns and recommendations for key direction. The collaboration will drive the development of business and functional plans that are encouraged to have wide impact at all levels of the organization. **Responsibilities** * Translate complex business queries into SQL, including exact cohorting, calculations, filtering criteria, and aggregations * Communicate complex patterns and driver insights to a wide range of colleagues with varying technical skill from functional groups to senior crowds, both in oral presentations and through written reports * Engage with other Investigation groups to analyze maintenance performance of key business initiatives across happiness, engagement, and marketing areas * Build and maintain functional dashboards in Tableau and Looker to grasp performance over time, enable effective exploratory analysis, and provide partners with self-serve tools * Partner closely with business partners (Product, Business Activities, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to identify and unlock opportunities for improved supporter maintenance **Key Capabilities** * Four-year college education in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field * At least 3 years of Data Analysis experience * High-level analytical skills with the ability to apply business acumen to data analysis and recommendations * Ability to think critically, examine and interpret first and third-party data * Experience managing large datasets and deciphering data patterns using a multitude of different data sources and tools * Experience with data analysis and data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker * Strong scientific and technical skills to handle issues, analyze the root cause, quickly concoct potential solutions, detail the changes, and communicate authoritative impact * Evident experience in specifying data requirements, data architecture, data governance (normalization, cleansing, and validation) **Preferred Capabilities** * Experience in the streaming media industry as well as supporting a direct-to-consumer or membership-based product * Experience presenting and contributing to data stories that are shared with key stakeholders **About arenaflex** arenaflex is a leading entertainment and media company that manages the Hulu and arenaflex+ streaming organizations within arenaflex Entertainment, assisting in bringing The arenaflex Organization's top-tier storytelling to fans and families worldwide. **About The arenaflex Organization** The arenaflex Organization, along with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a premier global family entertainment and media company that encompasses three core business segments: arenaflex Entertainment, ESPN, and arenaflex Experiences. The base salary offered will consider internal value and may vary based on the candidate's geographic location, work-related information, skills, and experience among other factors.
