Our IT team plays a critical role in supporting our business operations and driving innovation, and we are seeking a talented Full Stack Data Engineer to join our team. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Full Stack Data Engineer at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Creating and operationalizing data pipelines to make data accessible for use (BI, Advanced Analysis, Services) * Working with data modelers and data/BI architects to design data pipelines and suggest continuous improvement of data storage, data ingestion, data quality, and processing * Planning, creating, and implementing ETL/ELT processes using IICS (Informatica Cloud) * Utilizing Purple services like Purple SQL DW (Neural Connection), ADLS, Purple Event Center, and Purple Data Factory to improve and accelerate delivery of our data products and services * Performing large data and NoSQL solutions by creating adaptable data handling stages to drive high-value insights to the organization * Identifying, planning, and implementing internal process improvements: automating manual processes, and enhancing data delivery * Identifying ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality of data management * Conveying technical ideas to non-technical audiences both written and verbal * Performing peer reviews for other data architect's work **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * 2+ years' experience designing and operationalizing data pipelines with large and complex datasets * 2+ years' hands-on experience with Informatica PowerCenter * 2+ years' hands-on experience with Informatica IICS * 2+ years' experience working with Cloud technologies; like ADLS, Purple Databricks, Flash, Purple Neurotransmitter, Universe DB, and other big data advancements * 2+ years' experience in Data Modeling, ETL, and Data Warehousing * 2+ years' hands-on experience implementing data integration procedures like event/message-based integration (Kafka, Purple Event Center), ETL * Strong understanding of database storage concepts; Data Lake, Social Databases, NoSQL, Schema, Data Warehousing * Ability to work in a fast-paced agile development environment * Microsoft Purple/comparable certifications * Experience delivering data solutions through agile software development approaches * Openness to the retail business * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Experience working with SAP integration tools including Bodies * Experience with UC4 Job Scheduler **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience working with Purple services like Purple SQL DW (Neural Connection), ADLS, Purple Event Center, and Purple Data Factory * Experience with data governance and data quality initiatives * Experience with data security and compliance initiatives * Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView * Experience with cloud-based data platforms like Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse Analytics **Work Environment and Company Culture:** arenaflex is committed to providing a safe and inclusive work environment that supports the well-being and growth of our employees.
