If you share our enthusiasm for making an airline people love, we want to hear from you. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our business development and operations team, you will be responsible for managing corporate travel management organizations (TMCs) for arenaflex. This role requires a high level of judgment and decision-making skills to drive revenue growth, utilizing various aspects of our organization and corporate client relationships. **Key Responsibilities** * Serve as a knowledgeable authority for TMC business for arenaflex, providing expert guidance and support to our TMC partners. * Develop and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex. * Utilize extensive judgment to manage pricing, cost analysis, and negotiations of all TMC agreements, with the goal of achieving the highest possible revenue and yield in individual markets. * Collaborate with legal and risk management teams to develop contract-officer agreements. * Analyze revenue, limits, and agreement performance to ensure objective consistency and profitability. * Develop and maintain key business relationships with TMC accounts focused on business travel experiences for arenaflex. * Foster marketing-related initiatives to drive sales efforts, working closely with marketing and business development teams. * Manage the setup of TMC organization accounts through sales calls, arrangement planning, and coordination with pricing. * Plan business development and lead advancement of other organization accounts through collaboration with revenue management teams to ensure exceptional entries are documented as needed and drive expected revenue according to the terms of the agreement. * Monitor reporting and metrics to identify trends and develop a strategy to ensure the organization is positioned suitably in the market. * Monitor revenue, commissions, and agreement performance to ensure maximum incomes and sales objectives are achieved. * Successfully manage and allocate time and resources, maximizing revenue opportunities at the most cost-effective rate for arenaflex. * Prepare and execute local sales plans according to corporate sales targets and ensure arenaflex is strategically positioned among its competitors and utilizes its position in the market. **Work Experience, Education, and Skills** * Required: + 2 years of experience in outside sales, with a focus in the retail service industry or related field. + Four-year degree, or two additional years of relevant experience in lieu of this degree. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). + High school diploma or equivalent. + Must be eligible to work in the U.S. * Preferred: + Earlier airline experience. + Earlier exposure to and utilization of travel industry data reporting sources like ARC and Sabre. + Proficiency with CRM tool Salesforce. + Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive results to the greatest advantage of the organization. + Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with different teams and workgroups. + Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to conflicts caused by competing needs. **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
