We're proud to be a multinational global leader in the IT space, with a diverse team of talented professionals from all over the world. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Inputting, updating, and maintaining information in our databases with precision and efficiency * Monitoring WAN links for stability and ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure * Provisioning IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configuring routers, switches, and load balancers * Alerting and log monitoring, as well as preventative health checks and incident management * Reporting and administering security and IAM (Identity and Access Management) * Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve technical issues and improve our processes **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor WAN links for stability and ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure * Monitor routers, switches, and load balancers to ensure optimal performance * Provision IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and configure routers, switches, and load balancers * Alert and log monitoring, as well as preventative health checks and incident management * Reporting and administering security and IAM (Identity and Access Management) * Collaborate with our team to identify and resolve technical issues and improve our processes **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or GED * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder).
