[Remote] Talent Sourcer & Coordinator (12-month contract)

They are seeking a Talent Sourcer & Coordinator to assist in their hiring surge across Engineering, Product, and Marketing roles by sourcing and engaging with top talent. Responsibilities • Working closely with Senior Talent Partners and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements for our roles and their impact on the company and product as a whole • Utilising tools such as search engines, job boards, open-source communities, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social channels to source, screen, and qualify passive candidates • Helping talent partners review inbound applications and schedule the interviews • Staying abreast of tech trends and news to be our competitive intelligence authority • Tracking metrics and pipeline activity, preparing reports, and marketing insights decks • Providing reports for talent partners and business teams, and using this data to iterate and make improvements constantly • Managing regular sourcing campaigns that work Skills • 1+ years of experience in Engineering/ Product/ Marketing recruitment/ Sourcing • Tech-savvy, Data-driven mindset • Strong track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates • A good eye for talent with the ability to quickly screen resumes • A strong passion for technology and solid industry knowledge to understand relevant skills, companies, open-source communities, and conferences • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate, be resourceful, and be self-motivated • Excellent research/sourcing skills and the ability to focus on quality, not just quantity • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (we use Greenhouse) • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Job posting • Great team player with a positive attitude Benefits • Competitive salary and annual reviews • Opportunity to participate in Flo’s performance incentive scheme • Paid holiday, sick leave, and female health leave • Enhanced parental leave and pay for maternity, paternity, same-sex and adoptive parents • Accelerated professional growth through world-changing work and learning support • In-person collaboration and work in a hybrid model, with 3 days per week spent in the office • 5-week fully paid sabbatical at 5-year Floversary • Flo Premium for friends & family, plus more health, pension and wellbeing perks Company Overview • At Flo, our purpose is to build a better future for female health.
