Job Overview A job with arenaflex Packaging is a valuable opportunity to contribute to the development of packaging for arenaflex's beloved owned brands, exclusive labels, and travel packaging. Your impact will drive sales and grow brand love through packaging that is visitor-driven, on-brand, competitive "at shelf," and category relevant. Key Responsibilities Build fundamental data requirements, technical classification structures, and specific compliance rationale to support packaging design optimization and sustainability efforts across all Owned Brand organizations. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including purchasing, design, store operations, marketing, supply chain, properties, and compliance program owners, to establish relevant data requirements and flexible guidelines that consistently reflect our commitment to safety, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and performance. Develop and administer change management processes to ensure accurate packaging document management portfolios across multiple systems and partner teams. Create, maintain, and execute innovative training and creative assets for internal and external audiences to drive comprehensive understanding of standards, specifications, and data accuracy best practices. Evaluate data requirements, standards, and specifications to advance safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions that adhere to industry standards, promote good engineering practices, are consistent with risk tolerance assumptions, and maintain a leadership position in the industry. Offer support and guidance to cross-functional teams and colleagues to ensure proper interpretation and implementation of packaging data requirements, standards, and specifications. Collaborate with internal regulatory and compliance experts to identify impacts on current data requirements and standards, taking action to mitigate risks and identify opportunities for process improvements. Work with cross-functional global partners to drive effective communication and roadshows around stated objective development, compliance, and data accuracy best practice requirements and expectations. Utilize data to identify trends or issues, in collaboration with technology teams, to measure the effectiveness of training delivered and communications sent. Investigate industry trends and assess arenaflex's corresponding data and standards practices, sharing insights and recommendations with the appropriate audience for change and compliance. Provide leadership and guidance to others, driving effectiveness and efficiency in team results. Create and maintain a positive team culture by demonstrating behaviors consistent with arenaflex's values of Inclusivity, Association, and Drive; ensure ongoing, effective communications to the team, and support individualized development by offering regular performance feedback, coaching, recognition, and evaluation.
