As a key member of our Computerization Development group, you will be responsible for shaping our conversational AI client overhauling items, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving business growth through innovative product development. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the acquisition and integration of continuous product development efforts, defining product requirements that enhance the customer experience * Utilize client information, conversational analysis, industry knowledge, and technical expertise to examine the performance of existing solutions and develop future capabilities * Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers across various value streams to deliver products that balance short-term gains with long-term investments * Work with core product teams to define client stories, guide product definition, and establish comprehensive acceptance measures, identifying and addressing any need for additional research to define future feature planning * Lead client testing and post-launch sustainment analysis of automation, identifying ways to improve the experience * Analyze performance metrics that demonstrate the health of the product and develop clear data-driven product suggestions * Maintain and refine the product backlog, planning client stories to meet the needs of the end-user, while focusing on business value * Support the definition and creation of the product strategy, guide, release plan, and overall client experience **Requirements** * Four-year college degree in business, software engineering, computer science, or a related field * Interest and enthusiasm for understanding how things work and the ability to use that knowledge to create connections and find opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset and bias towards action * Excitement for excellent products and services, able to empathize with clients, and skilled at articulating product functionality * A proven self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks * Strong written and verbal communication skills, as demonstrated by the ability to convey new and complex details with brevity and clarity * Will have a forward-looking "growth mindset" with an emphasis on innovation trends and emerging industry/space best practices **Commitment** * Mentally Inquisitive.
