You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, improve customer experiences, and deliver business results. If you're a seasoned product manager with a passion for conversational AI and live chat support, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the development and delivery of our conversational AI platform, including live chat support * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and product to drive innovation and improve customer experiences * Develop and maintain product roadmaps, including prioritizing features and requirements * Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs * Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Develop and maintain product documentation, including user guides and technical specifications * Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and test new features and functionality * Work closely with design teams to develop and implement user-centered design principles * Develop and maintain product metrics and analytics to measure performance and drive improvement * Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement business cases and ROI analyses * Develop and maintain product launch plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation **Essential Qualifications** * 4-year degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field * 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on conversational AI and live chat support * Proven track record of delivering successful products and services that meet customer needs and drive business results * Strong understanding of conversational AI and live chat support technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) * Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions * Experience with Agile development methodologies and Scrum frameworks * Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-centered design methodologies * Experience with product launch planning and execution, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with cloud-based platforms and services, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure * Experience with containerization and orchestration, including Docker and Kubernetes * Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) * Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, including Tableau and Power BI * Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence (AI) frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch * Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and text analysis tools, including spaCy and NLTK **arenaflex Culture** At arenaflex, we're committed to creating a culture that's inclusive, diverse, and supportive.
