Job Overview We have two part-time positions available, each offering a unique schedule to fit your needs. The roles involve working closely with our members, managing data through our web-based portal, and ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the intake process, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities Answer and route calls, manage the intake process of registration applications via our online portal, and process payments Utilize our Vision Member Tracking system for data management and maintain accurate records Monitor and manage the flow of pedestrian traffic, ensuring safety and security at all times Greet visitors, members, and parents with a warm and welcoming smile, providing professional phone etiquette and respectful communication Develop and implement a positive and inclusive membership application and fee intake process, including Club tours, form review, and answering questions Create and provide communication materials to parents, school, or community members/organizations, and maintain accurate computer records and generate reports Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Be at least 21 years old Hold a college degree (Associate's or BA) or have equivalent experience Have experience working with children, preferably in a Boys & Girls Club environment Possess a strong technical background, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Publisher, as well as experience with online registration portals Be bilingual in Spanish and English Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Have experience working with young people and parents, and be able to instruct and guide youth effectively Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field Knowledge of computer and internet systems, data entry, or other related fields Experience working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and changes in plans or deadlines Ability to lift and carry 15-50 lbs of office supplies, audio equipment, and other items Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in MS Office and online registration portals Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work with people of all ages and backgrounds Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration Career Growth and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
