With a strong focus on innovation, excellence, and collaboration, we're committed to creating a culture that fosters growth, learning, and success. **Key Responsibilities** As a Senior Manager of Customer & Performance Data Solutions, you'll be responsible for leading a dedicated team of data engineers and QA specialists. Your key responsibilities will include: * **Leadership & Management**: Lead and mentor a team of data engineers and QA specialists, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the data solutions team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. * **Data Strategy & Planning**: Develop and implement strategies for data ingestion, enhancement, and utilization. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and prioritize projects. Guide the Marketing department as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on data availability, usage, and best practices. * **Data Management**: Ensure seamless data collection and harmonization tailored for performance reporting. Oversee the development and maintenance of data acquisition pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage solutions. Ensure data quality, availability, accessibility, and accuracy through robust processes and checks. * **Project Execution**: Manage and execute projects related to data solutions requests. Collaborate with internal and external teams to assess and scope data needs to meet business needs.
