Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently transferring data from paper formats into computer files or database systems. Your exceptional typing skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets will enable you to create high-quality spreadsheets, verify data, and update existing information. As a key member of the arenaflex team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and preservation of our data, performing regular backups and retrieving data as requested. Key Responsibilities: Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or database systems using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners Type in data provided directly from customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes, using MS Office Word and Excel Verify data by comparing it to source documents, ensuring data integrity and accuracy Update existing data, making changes as necessary and ensuring data consistency Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested, providing timely and accurate information Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation, protecting against data loss and corruption Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical skills, experience, and personal qualities.
