Key Responsibilities Greet customers, operate the register, and process transactions efficiently Make purchase suggestions, work with our food program, and maintain a high level of product knowledge Work in various areas of the store, including inside and outside, to maintain our high standards for store appearance Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all times Interact with customers daily, responding to their needs, and providing excellent customer care Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily tasks and achieve store goals Come up with creative solutions to problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions for improvement Essential Qualifications Ability to sell products to customers, provide excellent customer care, and communicate effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on friendly conversation and teamwork Ability to work at a quick pace, think on your feet, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or equivalent, with a motivation to advance in your career and learn new skills Willingness to learn, have fun, and work in a team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Retail and customer service experience, with a focus on sales associate or cashiering experience Proven track record of providing excellent customer service, working in a team environment, and achieving sales goals Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead, with occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, twisting, and reaching Skills and Competencies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, think quickly, and make sound decisions Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on creative solutions and teamwork Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual respect Basic math skills, with the ability to operate a register and process transactions efficiently Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
