Job Overview In this part-time remote role, you will engage in online conversations with customers, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Your primary objective will be to turn conversations into leads, helping our clients generate revenue and grow their business. As a Chat Specialist, you will be the face of our company, representing our brand and values in a professional and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, responding to questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services, ensuring customers have a clear understanding of our offerings Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments, driving leads and revenue growth for our clients Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. While previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred, it is not necessary. You should have basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
