**Experienced HR Shared Services Representative – Workday HCM and Talent Management**

As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be a key part of our HR Shared Services team, working closely with our local and global skills groups to provide timely and effective support to our employees. Our company culture is built on a foundation of collaboration, creativity, and a passion for excellence. **Key Responsibilities** As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes * Assisting with applications that impact all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently * Researching new equipment and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work throughout our Talent organization * Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge base for our employees * Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding) * Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies **Required Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Demonstrated experience with the Workday HCM tool * Demonstrated skill in Mass Uploads (EIB) * Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills * Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced skills in Excel * Strong interest in HR and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Ability to problem-solve using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems * A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field is preferred but not required * Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist is a plus * Experience with Zendesk ticketing system is a plus **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Experience working in a shared services environment * Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes * Experience with data analysis and reporting * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong project management and organizational skills * Ability to provide results in a timely and effective manner * Strong knowledge of HR systems and processes * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
