Key Responsibilities As an In-Home Product Tester and Data Entry Specialist, your main duties will include: Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed, using various methods such as screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and more Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly, following the provided instructions and guidelines Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more Participating in private chat rooms or discussions about the product being tested, sharing your thoughts and opinions with market research firms Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, providing detailed and honest feedback Requirements and Qualifications To succeed as an In-Home Product Tester and Data Entry Specialist with arenaflex, you should possess: Ability to follow specific instructions and guidelines, with excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit Reliability and honesty, with good communication skills and the ability to work independently Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection, as well as a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures Ability to commit to a certain routine and work 15-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements 18 years or older, with no prior experience necessary – we welcome entry-level candidates and provide comprehensive training and support Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you should possess: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and provide constructive feedback Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express your thoughts and opinions clearly and concisely Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital technology, including smartphones and cameras Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
