About the Role We're seeking highly motivated and professional individuals to join our remote team, where you will work independently and collaboratively to drive customer satisfaction and retention. Key Responsibilities In this exciting role, you will be responsible for: Answering inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and effective way. Focusing on customer retention by providing personalized support, addressing concerns, and offering tailored solutions to meet their needs. Communicating arenaflex's service standards, policies, and procedures to customers, ensuring they are well-informed and satisfied with our services. Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring prompt attention and resolution. Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring seamless communication and efficient issue resolution. Following up on complicated customer calls, providing updates, and ensuring that issues are fully resolved. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes, reports, and updates in our CRM system. Obtaining and evaluating relevant data to handle and document customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring that all issues are thoroughly investigated and resolved. Recording comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement. Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need: A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning. Bilingual skills, which are highly desirable, but not required, allowing you to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base. Some sales and customer service experience, preferably in the energy industry, where you have developed strong communication and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written, with proper grammar and a professional tone, enabling you to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software applications. Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Able to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, remaining composed under pressure and providing empathetic support to customers.
