Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred), demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to ongoing learning and development. Strong communication skills (both verbal and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems while resolving customer issues, demonstrating a high level of organizational skill and attention to detail.
