Job Overview As a Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you will be responsible for presenting solutions to clients, stores, and partners, ensuring their needs are met, and their issues are resolved. Your application will be considered for various roles, including Goal Facilitator I, II, and III, based on your experience, evaluation results, and position availability. Key Responsibilities Take a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from clients, stores, and partners, and respond to their queries and concerns in a professional and conversational manner. Navigate various systems to provide accurate and timely solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and issue resolution. Utilize all suitable resources to guarantee customer satisfaction, including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word), and other relevant tools. Communicate effectively with clients, stores, and partners, building relationships, and providing individual and team recognition. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, handling multiple contacts simultaneously, and meeting performance metrics and standards. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Ability to type at least 25 WPM. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word). High school diploma or GED. Successful completion of obligatory training. Customer support experience (freshers are welcome to apply). Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a contact center or customer support environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team-oriented, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
