Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to: * Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable * Run the register, cashier, and make purchase suggestions to drive sales and customer satisfaction * Work with our food program to provide customers with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience * Lead shifts on a regular basis, gaining valuable entry-level management experience and developing your leadership skills * Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that our high standards are met * Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance, demonstrating your commitment to our team and our customers * Interact with customers daily, building relationships and understanding their needs to provide personalized service * Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals, sharing ideas and best practices to drive success * Think creatively to solve problems and come up with innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and store operations **Essential Qualifications** To be successful as a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll need: * Retail and customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment * Entry-level management experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving results * Sales associate or cashiering experience, with a strong understanding of retail operations and customer behavior * A high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills * A motivation to advance in your career, with a willingness to learn and grow with arenaflex * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues **Preferred Qualifications** While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable: * Experience working in a retail environment with a strong focus on customer service and sales * Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance * Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * A proven track record of leadership and team management, with a focus on driving results and improving customer satisfaction **Physical Requirements** As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll need to be able to: * Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours, with regular breaks to rest and recharge * Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead up to 30 minutes in a shift, with occasional lifting and/or carrying up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level * Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds, with regular use of a cash register and other retail equipment * Bend at the waist with some twisting up to one hour a shift, with regular use of a ladder to store and retrieve materials or place and remove signs * Grasp,
