**Experienced Full Stack Developer – Identity and Access Management (IAM) Integration Specialist**

We're a human-led, tech-empowered organization that's committed to making a difference in the lives of millions of people around the world. **The Role** As an IAM Integration Specialist, you'll be responsible for designing, building, and launching customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You'll work closely with our international-class software and platform teams to create scalable, nimble solutions that meet the evolving needs of our business. **Key Responsibilities** * Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within our IAM system * Experience in installation management and troubleshooting of IAM solutions in a business environment * SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance of data * Implementation of JML events, custom/ OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements * Robust knowledge of WebServices, RestAPI & SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding * Strong exposure to basic identity control, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation * Strong experience with exchange deployment/ release management experience * Experience with Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and other relevant technologies **What You'll Convey** * A strong passion for innovation and a drive to stay ahead of the curve * Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * A flexible and adaptable mindset, with a willingness to learn and grow with our organization * A strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines **About arenaflex Global Tech** At arenaflex Global Tech, we're a team of software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity professionals, and service specialists who are passionate about making a difference in the world of retail technology.
